1 · The short version
Everything on this website is for general education. It is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis. It is not a recommendation to start, change, or stop any treatment. It does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Icellaré or any individual physician.
If you are considering a regenerative-medicine therapy, the only responsible next step is a clinical consultation in which a qualified physician can review your specific situation. The information here is the start of that conversation, not a substitute for it.
2 · Purpose of this site
Icellaré publishes this site for three reasons:
- To describe, in plain language, the regenerative-medicine and longevity services we offer, so a prospective patient can decide whether to schedule a consultation.
- To share an honest, evidence-led account of where the science stands, what the data supports, what it does not, and what is still under study.
- To make the practice transparent, the people involved, the facility, the regulatory framework we operate inside, and the procedural cadence of typical care.
The site does not exist to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3 · No doctor-patient relationship
Reading content on this site, submitting an enquiry form, or subscribing to the journal does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and any physician at Icellaré.
A clinical relationship begins only when (a) you attend a formal consultation, (b) you sign Icellaré's clinical-care consent forms, and (c) a member of our medical team formally accepts you into care. Until those three steps have happened, every word on this site should be read as educational rather than prescriptive.
4 · Regulatory framing in Thailand
Cell-therapy products in Thailand sit in one of three categories. We refer to which one a given therapy belongs to in our editorial writing; you should always confirm the current status with your physician in clinic.
- Registered with the Thai FDA: a small number of cell-therapy indications have completed full registration as marketed products in Thailand.
- Permitted-with-conditions: a larger number of therapies are legally permitted under physician judgement and informed patient consent, subject to facility, credentialling, and outcome-tracking requirements. Most of our regenerative protocols sit in this category.
- Not permitted: anything outside the above two categories is not offered at Icellaré, regardless of demand.
The Medical Council of Thailand regulates the practice of medicine; the Thai FDA regulates the cell products themselves. We work inside both frameworks at all times. A summary of the 2025 updates to the Thai regulatory landscape is in our journal post Thailand's regenerative medicine framework, what changed in 2025.
5 · Outcomes are not promises
Where we describe the effects of a therapy on this site, we do so by reference to the published trial literature, the mechanistic literature, or the cohort experience of our own clinic. We do not promise specific outcomes for any individual patient.
- References to “decreased pain”, “improved inflammation markers”, “delayed progression” or similar describe what has been observed in groups of patients under defined trial conditions. Your response, if you enter care, may be larger, smaller, different in kind, or absent.
- References to safety profiles describe what has been observed across the published literature and our own internal tracking. They do not eliminate the risk of an adverse event in any individual patient. Every clinical procedure carries some risk; we discuss yours, specifically, in clinic before consent.
- We do not publish before-and-after imagery on this site without explicit, documented consent of the depicted patient and a clear caption explaining what the imagery shows. Even with consent, the imagery describes that patient, not what any future patient should expect.
6 · Individual variation
Regenerative medicine depends on individual biology. Age, genetics, body composition, comorbidities, concurrent medications, lifestyle factors, and prior treatments all influence the response to any protocol. This is one reason our practice runs on long-cadence re-baselining and not on one-off appointments. It is also one of the most important reasons the website cannot substitute for a clinical consultation.
7 · Third-party content and references
Our journal cites third-party studies, regulatory documents, and media. We provide these references in good faith for educational context. Citation of a study does not constitute endorsement of any commercial product mentioned in the study, nor does it imply that the study's conclusions apply to your individual case.
8 · Emergencies
This website is not a route for medical emergencies. We do not monitor enquiry submissions in real time, and we cannot respond to urgent medical situations through any channel on this site.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency:
- In Thailand: dial 1669 for medical emergency services.
- In the European Union: dial 112.
- In the United States and Canada: dial 911.
- Elsewhere: contact your local emergency number.
9 · International visitors
We welcome enquiries from outside Thailand. Please note that any clinical service is provided in Thailand under Thai medical law. Therapies that are routine here may be off-label, investigational or unavailable in your home jurisdiction. We will be candid about that during consultation. We do not advise patients to leave their existing medical team, most of our long-term clients run a coordinated programme with a local primary physician at home and Icellaré as the specialist.
Travel, accommodation, and the logistics of receiving care abroad are your responsibility, with the obvious courtesy that we will help you understand what to plan for. Insurance coverage for regenerative therapies abroad is highly jurisdiction-specific, please verify it with your provider before relying on it.
10 · Clinical consent supersedes
When you formally enter care at Icellaré you will be given a set of written, protocol-specific consent documents that describe your treatment plan, its risks, its alternatives, its cost, and its expected duration. Those documents, discussed with you, in person, with the responsible physician, supersede anything published on this website.
If anything you read on this site conflicts with what you are told in clinic, the in-clinic discussion is the operative one.
