1 · Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and ATGenes Co., Ltd. (“Icellaré”, “we”, “us”) when you access or use icellare.com (the “Site”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2 · Scope, what this covers
These Terms cover the public website only. They do not replace, and should not be read as replacing, the patient consent forms, privacy disclosures, financial arrangements, and protocol-specific terms that govern any clinical service Icellaré provides. Those documents are presented to you separately in clinic, in writing, before any care begins.
3 · Not medical advice
Information on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not establish a doctor-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician.
- Nothing on the Site should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease.
- References to therapies, protocols, or trial data describe what we and others are doing under regulated clinical settings; they are not invitations to self-treat.
- If you have a health concern, consult a qualified physician. If your concern is urgent, contact emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.

4 · Who may use this site
The Site is intended for adults (18 years and older). By using the Site you confirm that you are an adult, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you will not use the Site on behalf of a third party without their authorisation.
5 · Permitted and prohibited use
You may view the Site, read its content, contact us, and subscribe to the newsletter. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, scrape, or republish the content of the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
- deploy bots, crawlers, or automated agents at a rate, or for a purpose, that interferes with normal operation;
- submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through any form;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or entity;
- use the Site to send spam, malware, or any unlawful or harassing content;
- reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source of any proprietary technology underlying the Site.
6 · Forms and submissions
When you submit a form on the Site (a contact enquiry, a newsletter signup, an appointment request), you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. We handle that information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7 · Intellectual property
All text, photographs, logos, illustrations, design system, typography, motion design, and source code on the Site are owned by Icellaré or licensed to us, and are protected by Thai and international intellectual-property law. Our brand mark and the word “Icellaré” are unregistered or registered marks as the case may be in their respective jurisdictions.
Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use any of the above outside the personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site. Press and academic enquiries are welcome, please write to press@icellare.com.
8 · Third-party links and content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, academic publishers, social platforms). We provide these links for convenience. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
9 · Disclaimers of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
We make no representation that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate at the moment you read it. Clinical information in particular evolves; the responsible physician's opinion in clinic supersedes anything published on the Site.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, in no event shall Icellaré, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Where we are found liable despite the above, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site shall not exceed THB 5,000 (Five Thousand Thai Baht), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is the lesser.
Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including, in some jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11 · Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Icellaré, its directors, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party while using the Site.
12 · Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose consumer-protection laws are mandatory, nothing in this clause displaces those rights.
13 · Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is material we will note it on the home page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
